The celebration of Patrick’s Day in Northern Ireland

Uncountable city and town people gathered across Northern Ireland on Sunday to celebrate Patrick’s Day. Belfast is the capital of Northern Ireland where the live dancing program started in March. The traditional festival parade starts in Belfast at 1:50 PM and the parade in Londonderry starts at 3:00 PM. 

All the Parton and priests of this area took out a Pilgrimage together. A wreath was placed on Handpatrick’s grave and an annual parade. The people making the festival moved towards the Cathedral.

Irene says that we also have to enjoy the festival and come to see the annual Parade. This year, a huge community makes the festival larger.

Patrick grew up in the UK and came to Ireland as a kidnapped slave. When he was released, he became a Priest. He showed many unbelievers the holy path. Determination of the Other people, Patrick banished the snake from the Island.

In Darry, the St. Patrick’s spring carnival started with dance and music. People were super excited and joyful about the festival. 

If we talk about the people of America they also celebrate the Patrick’s Festival by eating green vegetables green wine, and wearing green clothes. America becomes an emerald country for a day, even Chicago dyes its river green.
